TEXAS CONFERENCE ON DIGITAL LIBRARIES

IN PERSON: Commons Conference Center, Austin, Texas
Registration to TCDL includes the conference reception on day 1, lunches and breakfasts on days 2 and 3, all breaks, parking, wifi, and access to all TCDL sessions.
Registration Costs by Ticket Type
TDL Member:
- Early bird (until May 3, 2024): $300
- Regular (until May 17, 2024): $350

Non-Member:
- Early bird (until May 3, 2024): $400
- Regular (until May 17, 2024): $450
Student: $100
- Discounted registration for students at any level, from any institution
- Students may apply for a scholarship to cover the cost of registration here. Deadline is March 23, 2024 at 9am CST.
Day 1 Pass (May 21): $175
- Allows entrance for day 1 of the conference only
Day 2 Pass (May 22): $175
- Allows entrance for day 2 of the conference only
Day 3 Pass (May 23): $150
- Allows entrance for day 3 of the conference only
UT Austin staff and students
- UT Austin staff and students who are paying by IDT (interdepartmental transfer) must have an approved RTA on file through UTL. Once approved, UTL will send further instructions on how to register through Eventbrite.
