Open Education Network member logoThe Open Education Network (OEN) is an alliance of higher education institutions committed to improving access, affordability, and academic success through the use of open textbooks. The OEN focuses on training libraries and faculty to build capacity for Open Textbook programs.

Benefits of the TDL OEN Consortial Membership:

Direct Institutional Membership discounts (formerly known as OEN Allied Membership) Option for libraries to join OEN as a direct institutional member for a fraction of the institutional membership cost. Individual members work directly with OEN staff to incorporate the OEN model at their institutions. All TDL members (Regular, Consortial, and Affiliate) are eligible for this benefit.
Certificate in OER Librarianship Discounted registration for OEN’s Certificate in OER Librarianship Program, a structured and supportive professional development opportunity preparing librarians  to champion open education. Available to Regular and Consortial TDL members without Allied membership.

TDL Affiliate members can access this benefit if they become Allied Members of OEN.

Open Textbook Publishing Support Community, training, and infrastructure support for open textbook publishing. Regular and Consortial TDL members are eligible for this benefit under the TDL Consortium Membership in OEN.
